– The reference for this painting was a digital, abstract artwork and I loved the colors and the water with the bird in the foreground. I tried to make the painting look more alive and somewhat realistic. Painting the sky was hard and took me longer than all of the rest, because it was difficult to combine red and blue and to create a nice sky-like structure. In the end, I´m not even happy with the result. I think, if I had invested more time, it would look a little bit better, but at some point I just wasn´t motivated anymore.
